I meet you where you are, but always keeping true to what I believe will elevate you to where you want to get. I use problem-solving skills, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning skills. I also have extensive training in Trauma-Focused therapy, a 12-session space where we process traumatic events, create a narrative, learn healthy coping skills, work through trauma reminders and empower you and your child to regain control of your life.

I am a huge believer in conscious living and parenting. If you are unfamiliar with conscious parenting, it means I believe as parents we need to identify what triggers you to lose your cool, why it triggers you, and learn new ways to regain your calm. In the end, my hope is to help you regain your confidence, but most importantly have the best relationship with your child. My passion is to help you develop a home environment where everyone can thrive.
